Who we are
Fazza (fazzaai.com) gives online stores and businesses an AI assistant that answers their customers and visitors.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and the business you add.
- Store data: when you connect a Salla, Zid or Shopify store, the products, orders, customers and carts the platform shares with us.
- Content you add: website pages, FAQs and files the assistant answers from.
- Conversations: the messages between your assistant and your shoppers or visitors, and any contact details they give it. We store them so you can read them.
- Site analytics: pages visited and clicks on fazzaai.com.
How we use data
To run the assistant for you, show you its conversations and results, contact you about your account, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data or your customers' data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We share data only with providers that help us run Fazza: hosting and storage, AI model providers that write the assistant's replies, email delivery, analytics and error tracking. Each handles it only to provide its service to us. We also exchange data with the platforms you connect, when we act on your behalf, and disclose it when the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep data while your account is active. We delete it when you ask, and we delete the data from a store or social account when you disconnect it.
Data deletion
To have your data deleted, remove Fazza from the connected apps in your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings.
We delete the data within 30 days. If you talked to a business's assistant, ask that business.
Cookies
fazzaai.com uses an analytics cookie to count visits and compare versions of a page. We use no advertising cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people and services that need it to run Fazza.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update this page and its date. We tell account holders by email about significant changes.
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
When a business connects a Facebook Page, Instagram account or TikTok account, we access, with its permission:
We use this only to read, reply to, hide and organise comments and messages for that business.
